YFMZ-780 fully automatic laminating machine is our company's latest film, film, film and plastic film. The machine is mainly composed of paper feeding system, film covering system, cutting system and paper collecting system. The electric system is controlled by the PLC programmable logic controller, and can be operated directly on the touch screen. Heating roller uses the built-in oil heating method, the constant temperature performance is excellent, the coating temperature is more accurate. Whole structure is compact, high degree of automation, operation of human nature, is the good choice of large and medium sized film coated enterprises.

 

Configuration instructions

1 man-machine interface system: color touch screen, easy to operate. Direct input to be processed paper size, stacking distance, machine speed, etc., can achieve the whole machine operation automation. The operator can check the status of the machine at any time from the touch screen.

2 conveying table adopts suction type paper feeding, and is equipped with a front gauge and other devices to ensure the delivery of paper, and the paper is smooth and orderly.

3 the built-in oil heating method has excellent temperature performance, and to ensure that the film temperature is uniform and stable.

4 automatic pressure system can provide stable pressure. The pressure can be adjusted according to the need.

5 gas up and release the membrane axis, the membrane volume loading and unloading is convenient, the film positioning accuracy

6 release the film shaft and equipped with a clutch tension system to control the release film tension and release speed.

7 paper receiving system and a vibrating receiving table. After the cutting of the paper by the vibration receiving automatic reception.

8 Separating system :Equipped with flying knife,pneumatic perforating device and photo electrical detector to separate the paper according to paper size quickly.

9 Automatic paper feeder adopts oil-free vacuum pump to feed paper automatically.

10 Anti-curvature device: when going though the anti-curvature device,the laminated paper shall be leveled at once and won't curve again after cut.

11 Automatic paper feeding system is equipped with no paper protector and paper break protector, which are controlled by photoelectric and mechanical systems. When no paper or paper break occurs, the machine will stop automatically for self-protection.
